Overview
All orders placed on Twirl in Style are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
We take extra care to help you choose confidently: our product pages include size guides, fabric details, and care notes. Many styles are designed with flexible fits. If you’re unsure about size, color, fabric, or styling, please email us before purchasing at twirlinstyle@gmail.com. We are with you in the journey and want to get you twirling with us.
Before You Order
- Review the size guide and fit notes on each product page.
- Check fabric composition and care instructions.
- Email twirlinstyle@gmail.com with any questions. We can advise on measurements, fit, and styling.
Final Sale (No Returns / Exchanges)
All products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind, incorrect size, or preference
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Tip: If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us prior to ordering and we’ll help you pick the best fit.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
How to report an issue (within 48 hours of delivery):
Email twirlinstyle@gmail.com with subject “Order Issue – [Order #]”.
Include:
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, all tags, inner labels, and the outer packaging
- If the box is damaged, include photos of the shipping carton and shipping label
- Keep the item unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging until we respond.
What we’ll do:
- We’ll review your claim and may request additional photos or a short video.
- If approved, we’ll provide one of: replacement, repair, or store credit (at our discretion).
- Items sent back without prior authorization will be refused.
Note: Minor variations in color, weave, beadwork, or hand-finishing are normal with artisan products and are not considered defects.
Handcrafted & Color Disclaimer
Many of our pieces are handmade. Slight differences in color, embroidery, placement, or finishing can occur. Display settings and lighting may also cause color variance between photos and the physical garment. These are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We start processing orders quickly. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel, email twirlinstyle@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After processing begins, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package shows delivered, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Please check with household members, neighbors, or your building concierge and then contact the carrier. We’ll assist with information for a carrier claim where possible.
- Refused / Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, reshipment fees will apply. Orders remain final sale.
Refunds (If Approved for a Defect/Wrong Item)
For approved cases (see Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item):
- We’ll confirm once we’ve inspected the item (if a return was required).
- If a refund is granted (rare; at our discretion), it will be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
- If it’s been more than 15 business days since our approval notice, email twirlinstyle@gmail.com
